Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No. Essentials and Growth are month-to-month — cancel anytime with 30 days notice. Enterprise plans typically use a 12-month agreement in exchange for a lower monthly rate and dedicated resourcing.

In most cases, yes — after a one-time onboarding audit. We need to understand the codebase, hosting, and any custom functionality before committing to a SLA. Some legacy builds may require remediation work before ongoing maintenance is possible.

Text edits, image swaps, new blog posts, adding team members, updating hours and service areas, small layout tweaks. Major feature additions, new page templates, or custom development are handled as separate scoped projects.

Every plan includes incident response. We restore from a clean backup, identify the entry point, patch it, and provide a post-mortem report. For sites on Growth and Enterprise, this is prioritized with SLA-backed response times.
